1. About us
getlumetune.com is operated by Makree Ltd, trading as LumeTune, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
We sell a rechargeable light-up music player with printed discs and numbered song chips. The player arrives with a starter set of songs; you can replace them with your own audio files from a computer via USB-C. Product images are for illustration; small differences in colour or print may occur.
3. Music you load
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any audio files you load onto the player. The player is for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Prices and promotions
Prices are shown in the currency of your region (for example USD in the United States and GBP in the United Kingdom) and include import duties as described in our Shipping Policy. Promotional prices and bundle discounts (such as "Buy 2, save 20%") apply only while shown on the website and are applied automatically at checkout. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud); if we do, we will refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Product use and safety
Use the player as described in its instructions. Charge it only with a suitable USB-C cable and power source, keep it away from water and heat, and keep small parts (discs and chips) away from young children.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this website (text, images, design and the LumeTune name) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws in the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
