Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your LumeTune music box. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email us at info@getlumetune.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process returns sent to the wrong address.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items should be unused, in their original condition, with all parts included (player, 9 discs, 9 song chips and USB-C cable) and in their original packaging where possible.
  • You will need proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Damaged, faulty or incomplete orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, faulty, not working as described, or any part is missing, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue. We will offer a replacement, the missing parts or a full refund, and we cover the cost of returning a faulty item.

Change of mind

If you simply changed your mind, you can return the item within 30 days. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return shipping costs are paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund. If you haven't received it after 14 days, please contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the UK, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
