Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 4–12 days of being placed. Delivery estimates are shown on the product page and are not guaranteed; carrier delays, customs checks and peak seasons (such as the weeks before Christmas) can occasionally extend delivery times.
Shipping costs
- United States: free standard shipping.
- United Kingdom: shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Import duties and taxes
Orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties are already included, so you will not be asked to pay extra fees on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for an import charge on a LumeTune order, please do not pay it and contact us first.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information where available. If you have not received tracking details, contact us and we will check your order.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 12 days, or tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us at info@getlumetune.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
